”We began working with Smart Computers in April 2013. As we expanded, our previous IT Consultant was struggling to offer the service we needed. Smart were based locally and could guarantee 7 day a week support from a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team.
We received a full IT audit, and Smart continue to make recommendations for improvements to our infrastructure, ensuring that our equipment stays up-to-date. We have unlimited remote support, a 2-hour onsite health check per month, out-of-office support to cover weekends and bank holidays and Smart Max Pro-Active remote monitoring, to ensure that any issues are picked up quickly before we realise there is a problem. Smart currently support all our existing purchased equipment, however future plans involve taking advantage of Smart’s rental options rather than future investment in new equipment.
Smart have always been extremely helpful and pro-active in finding solutions to any issues which have arisen. We are about to embark on major new building developments at both the Cotswold Farm Park and the working farm. We are delighted that Smart will be involved from the start, to ensure that any new infrastructure is suitable for our needs, both now and in the future.
Communication is the key element for any business nowadays and we believe that Smart offers real value for money, for such reliable support. Our Smart technician Clayton carries out our monthly on-site support and knows our system inside out, which is of real benefit to us. We really appreciate seeing the same engineer at each visit.
