PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
At Smart Computers we pride ourselves on offering a value for money rental service, on high quality up to date goods. We constantly monitor our pricing to remain competitive, however; if you find a like for like quote cheaper elsewhere, we guarantee to match that rental price. To ensure that our price matching policy is consistent and fair we have developed a number of terms and conditions outlined below.
- Our price match guarantee is available on short term rentals up to a 3 month duration
- The rental item in question must be in stock and available to rent
- We will only match the price visible on the quote you have received not including any additional discounts / offer
- The rental must be like for like in terms of duration and spec
- We will only price match against UK registered companies
- A price match will only be offered on rental equipment and excludes purchasing and leasing
- We will not offer a price match after a rental contract has been agreed
- All price matches will be subject to any delivery charges
- We will only price match against a website that offers comparable service conditions
- Although price matches are available we reserve the right not to alter our listed price
