‘We were hosting a customer workshop in Norwich and needed the laptops for a hands-on training session with our customers in the afternoon.
We normally hold these workshops in hotels that offer laptop renting facilities. However, this workshop in particular was being held at a customer site (in a hospital) and therefore we needed to provide the equipment ourselves as no laptop hiring facilities were available.
We had a fantastic experience with Smart Computers. We were supplied with 6 laptops – all laptops were the same make and model, which helped to reduce the amount of time we spent setting them up. All the machines powered up very quickly and were immediately ready to use. This meant we didn’t need any technical support on the day, we could just power on the machines, log on to the internet and get started with our training session. This helped to ensure we received good feedback from our customers when we asked them how the day went. I also felt that the service offered to us was very good value for money.
I chose Smart because they are local to our office. You provided a very quick service from providing the initial quote to actually delivering the laptops to our office. We requested them at very short notice but you were able to meet all our needs. It was completely hassle-free on our end.
